5 Egg Yolks
1 Cup Brown Rice Flour
1 Cup Arrowroot Flour
1 Cup Coconut Flour
2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
A dash of Salt
3.5 Cups of Almond Milk
2 Tbsp warm Almond Choccolata Spread
Mix all ingredients till all smooth. Add milk if batter is too thick. Make crepes. Add warm Choccolata Spread on top. Simple, light, and delicious.
This recipe makes approximately 10-12 Mid Size Crepes depending on how thick your batter and crepes are. Enjoy!!
1.5 Cup Brown Rice

1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Ginger
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
1/4 Tsp Allspice or Cloves
3 Large Eggs
1 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together and whisk together till smooth.
Cook 1/2 cup mixture in waffle iron. Heat Choccolata spread in microwave for 15 seconds and drizzle on top.

This recipe can be made with Peanut or Almond Butter
1 Ripe Banana, peeled
1 Large Egg
1/2 cup Almond Butter
3 tbsp Honey or Maple syrup
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
1/2 cup mini Chocolate Chips
Mix all ingredients in a mixer or blender. Distribute into muffin cups. Bake in over on 400 for 15 mins. Add a dollop of Choccolata Spread after baking.

3 Cups Old Fashioned Oatmeal
2 Cups Nut Butter of your choice
1 Cup Maple Syrup or Honey
3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1.5 cups of Chocolate Chips
Mix Ingredients in order. Scoop, flatten a little and bake @ 350 for 20 mins.

½ cup Monk fruit sugar
½ date sugar
¼ cup avocado oil
½ cup peanut butter

1 cup natural crunchy peanut butter
2 eggs
2 bananas
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
2tsp baking powder
3 cups almond flour
Made 10 pancakes 4-5".
Mix all ingredients together. Cook on stove.

3 Cups Shredded Yellow Squash
1/3 Cup Egg Whites
1/3 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
Garlic Salt to taste
Diced Parsley
Squeeze the Squash from excess water. Mix all ingredients. Use a Waffle maker for best crunchy results.

In a blender
1 Garlic Clove
1 Carrot
1/2 Avocado
1/2 cup raw unsalted Cashews
A bunch of Spinach (I fill up the rest of the blender)
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add Hot Vegetable Broth, or Hot water
Blend till smooth.
Adjust flavors to liking. You can add more of any of the above ingredients to make it perfect for your taste buds.

1/4 Cup Arrowroot or Tapioca flour
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
3 Tbsps. Coconut Flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Cup Almond Milk
A dash of Sea salt
Mix Dry ingredients together. Mix Wet ingredients together. Combine.
The batter is liquidy. Cook it as you would a Crepe.

Ingredients:
1 tsp of vanilla
4 eggs (room temperature)
5 tbsp melted butter
1 ½ almond flour
½ cup sweetener
1 tbsp Baking Powder
2 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp ginger
½ cup of walnuts
½ cup of carrots
Combine and sift dry ingredients together.
Combine eggs and butter and vanilla.
Mix dry and wet ingredients then add carrots and Pecans. Once all mixed well, transfer to a well greased 8x8 baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes @350. Toothpick test it to make sure it is all done.
Top with a Zero sugar Cream Cheese frosting.
A great way to eat Pizza without the Carbs
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4 tbsps. Cream Cheese
Melt in Microwave for 1 minute. Mix together. Melt for another 20 seconds if needed.
Add 2 Cups of Almond Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
Mix the baking powder with the flour
Add 2 eggs and some salt to taste. I add some Oregano for added flavor to the dough.
Knead just like you would a regular dough, by hand or in a mixer. I do it by hand. It's easy and faster.
Dough maybe a little too wet, keep adding some almond flour by hand till dough gets smooth and doesn't stick to your hand. Form into a ball and divide into 4 or more depending on the size of pizza you want to make.
Put between Parchment paper to roll. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes @ 400 before adding the toppings. Take out of oven.
Once it's partially baked, add toppings and bake till ready.
